M22OUT Version 1.0

  1. M22P3K: Title & URL: http://LoveRules.com merging & evolving into http://1.JotHere.com http://1.JotHere.com/2764#M22OUT
  2. M22P3W: Motivation for explaining this:
    1. M22P4F: Historical
    2. M22P6X: Because browsing http://1.JotHere.com currently still temporarily redirects to http://2.LoveRules.com which looks undesirable and confuses visitors
  3. M22PAH: Definition (in historical order):
    1. M22PBF: Originally all http://LoveRules.Info content was published on the website where that currently redirects to, http://blogger.LoveRules.Info, named such as it’s based on Blogger (service).
      1. M22PYG: This proved very useful for posting hundreds of pages of of writings on its topic, which is social-technology(tm) to keep up with technical-technology, especially for romance
      2. M22PUY: However,
        1. M22Q25: its authors were frustrated in that often they also wanted to include info on other topics (or writing styles or just private notes)  but then had to stop & find some other websites just for that –very disruptive.
          1. M22PYT: as happens on every website which is limited to one particular topic else (in the case of Wikipedia) writing style or notability, which is most every website in existence
          2. M22Q6N: This led to the inception of a website which would allow authors to post on any topic, in any writing style, for any notability, and even private notes: http://JotHere.com
        2. M22PD8:  Blogger has serious limitations, many of which are fixed by WordPress.
          1. M22PKI: as WordPress is the the most-popular and in-many-ways-most-powerful software & system for blogging & simple-CMS.
            1. M22QC4: Indeed WordPress seemed so good it looked powerful enough to handle the 1st version of JotHere: http://1.JotHere.com
    2. M22PHY: So ~2011.01-present, the content of http://blogger.LoveRules.Info moving to http://2.LoveRules.Info, which is positioned to be WordPress with its best extensions.
      1. M22PN2: when?
        1. M22PT9: immediately for new & revised http://LoveRules.Info posts
        2. M22QAB: to be done soon: for existing posts.
      2. M22QLG: Also planned, http://2.LoveRules.Info would serve a limited-topic test for planned-using of WordPress for the 1st version of  http://1.JotHere.com BUT the introduction of WordPress plus enormous need for a JotHere-site proved way too powerful to make this just a “test” -it became real!
        1. M22QO1Based on WordPress, http://2.LoveRules.Info was a dramatic improvement over Blogger, attracting new content ~3x faster or more.
        2. M22QU1: And now the idea of a JotHere site was out of the bag, http://2.LoveRules.Info authors also started posting to it all sorts of content there (not just on http://LoveRules.Info topics), with the idea that this content would eventually be moved to http://1.JotHere.com , since the authors couldn’t wait, as the need for a http://JotHere.com site was enormous!
          1. M22R13: Indeed more content poured in (to be under http://1.JotHere.com) than was already coming in for http://2.LoveRules.Info
    3. M22R4S: So ~2011.06- http://2.LoveRules.Info renaming to http://1.JotHere.com
      1. M22R71: Why? Too hard to move the mostly JotHere content already there, and, for the remaining LoveRules content, JotHere was, be definition, could incorporate it, too.
      2. M22R6I: when?
        1. M22RBX:  Immediately internally: site changed its banners to call itself “1.JotHere.com” with appropriate taglines.
          1. M22REM: Why? Easy, quick, & safe to do.
        2. M22RD5: As soon as a full-proven site backup, domain change: so no longer does 1.JotHere.com redirect to anything (notably to 2.LoveRules.Info)
          1. M22RHZ: Why? Changing the domain on a site, especially a web 2.0 site as WordPress, seems a major change which might corrupt the site, possibly permanently, if something goes wrong.
          2. M23626: So fully backing up & versioning a WordPress site, plus fully verifying that backup, is extra high priority, but it’s also fairly complex (as that link hints of), why this hasn’t done sooner.
  4. M238YP: Additional document history, in order
    1. M238ZP: Starting with & at fresh ID M22OUT,
